RA Prime Rib 6151

A spray dried product with the flavor characteristics typical of prime rib beef. The flavor is easily applied to a dry system. Foods having a viscosity reasonably above that of water will also accommodate the powder well. In water, the powder disperses with stirring initially, but will eventually separate to the top. The starting usage level is 0.50%. Rate may be adjusted according to the product application. Form: Dry/Dry smokes/Powder
